I know you think this blog title is a bit alarming, but to be quite honest, New Years resolutions result in broken promises. Why is that? I believe that we set ourselves up for disappointment. We make a list of resolutions, not necessarily in priority order, and then we become overwhelmed with the tasks at hand.
