REMEMBERING

“Everything you do, every thought you have, every word you say creates a memory that you will hold in your body. It’s imprinted on you and affects you in subtle ways – ways you are not always aware of. With that in mind, be very conscious and selective” …Phylicia Rashad

During the Holidays we attend services, gather with family and friends and for a brief moment in time we remember how important people are in our lives. We grief the loss of a dear friend or family member, we rejoice in the birth of a child, we celebrate the recovery from an illness, and remember all those life experiences that have brought joy, purpose and meaning in our lives. Not all life experiences in a years’ time are pleasant. Accept that as a reality but look forward to a new year for redemption and recovery!

Remember the good – dismiss the bad and look to the New Year as a true opportunity for a positive change in your life. You are the only catalyst for change in your life. Others can help you along the journey, but at the end of the day, you must decide what you want out of life.

Look to the New Year with the purpose and perspective of Living Life with A Purpose!
