How valuable are relationships? All too often we treat relationships very poorly. First and foremost, we all need a healthy sleep routine and that means, we need to eliminate all media and stimuli that contribute to anxiety, stress and sleep disturbance. Also, keep your body in rhythm! Get at least 8 hours quality sleep each day, going to bed and getting up at the same time every day.
